About Me

I have seen it all. I’ve spent three decades in corporate roles, working with both start-ups and giant corporate organizations. After stints at Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, NBCUniversal and many others, I have become a Jedi Master of communication and leadership, with the power to unravel even the trickiest of office politics. My secret weapon? Helping leaders improve their interpersonal skills, encouraging teamwork, and unleashing creativity. My goal is to boost communication, performance, productivity, and maximize team resources.

I’ve been on the receiving end of a lot of instability, reorgs and layoffs. I’ve had bosses with a strategic vision but poor communication, bosses who barely knew my name, bosses who only communicate via email, and bosses who have deftly brought me along on their leadership journey. I've had no boss, three bosses, and bosses who didn't even know they were my boss. I have worked for control freaks, extreme delegators and just some broken people who want everyone around them to feel broken, too. Throughout this, I kept lots of balls in the air while focusing on brand strategy, licensing, organizational management, P&L ownership, and sales strategy. I’ve had a front-row seat to the positive and career-altering impact a great leader brings to an organization. I’ve seen leaders unable to inspire their teams, leading to attrition, low profits, and poor morale. This front-row seat is what led me to Executive and Leadership Coaching.

Since receiving my CPC Certification as an Executive Coach and my ACC-credential through the International Coaching Federation, I’ve worked with senior management teams and individual leaders to increase profitability through deep culture change, focusing on empathetic leadership, clarity in communication, and team cohesion to inspire greater creativity and productivity. By combining my corporate expertise with a powerful suite of assessment tools, I identify business strengths and gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies to drive growth and transform leaders by elevating their performance and shifting mindsets to create higher levels of engagement and continuous improvements with their teams.

I have found that success at work and in your personal life are both needed to maximize a joyful existence.
